Important Changes to Bluebeam Cloud and Studio
Studio is Replacing Bluebeam Cloud Projects on August 27
On August 27, viewing Drawings, Punch, RFI, Submittals, and Map features in Bluebeam Cloud Projects will no longer
be available. Customers can no longer access or work on these files and projects through Bluebeam Cloud.
Overall adoption of these features is low, and the small group of impacted customers received in-app messaging (see
below) and email communication about these features going offline in late July. At that time, the ability to create new
projects was also disabled.
Bluebeam is replacing these features with the Studio platform for web and mobile, making it easy to use Bluebeam
anywhere. Customers can join and create Studio Sessions, make markups, and use them for RFIs, punch items,
submittals, and similar workflows. Studio Projects will soon offer centralized document management with version
control, allowing users to view and check-in/out files.

Important Update to Bluebeam Cloud
We are improving Bluebeam Cloud to unite your teams on the same drawings, on any platform or device. You’ll
notice the old “Projects” section and its Drawings, Punch, RFI, Submittals, and Map field tool features are no
longer available in Bluebeam Cloud.
Studio Sessions are available now, enabling you to join and create sessions, manage markups, collaborate and
handle punch activities from anywhere. Studio Projects are coming soon, offering document management and
version control.
