What’s Changing?

  • ACC Users: Smooth Sailing! If you’re solely focused on ACC data, you can keep cruising along as usual. Your current issues tables in the data connector extraction will continue to deliver the goods.
  • BIM 360 & Combined Users: Action Required! This is where the excitement kicks in! If you’re working with BIM 360 data, or a mix of ACC and BIM 360, you’ll need to add the new BIM 360 issues tables to your workflows.

Don’t Panic! It’s Just a Name Change!

The best part? This is primarily a name change. The actual data schema, including table and column names, remains the same. It’s like giving your data a fresh coat of paint!

Here’s How to Get Your Data Flowing:

  • Scheduled Data Extraction:
    • Head over to your data settings in Data Connector.
    • Simply include “Issues (BIM 360)” in your selection.
  • Data Connector API:
    • For you API wizards, add “issuesbim360” to the serviceGroups parameter in your data requests.
