Today Autodesk had some issues and some users might receive an Error 404 message upon logging into BIM 360.
The below is what Autodesk is recommending to resolve the issue.
Affected users should visit their Autodesk Account https://accounts.autodesk.com and change their password. After changing the password and signing in with the updated credentials, access to BIM 360 should be restored.
