Autodesk Usage Report Enhancements
Autodesk has recently made some updates to the Usage Report found on your Autodesk Account page. Here are some of the latest changes that will certainly lead to greater efficiency through a better understanding of product usage.
Admins now have greater consistency and efficiency when viewing Autodesk usage reports. Three releases eliminate manual data merging to view meaningful dates while also saving column views between sessions.
Rolling date range consistency:
Pre-defined date ranges on the All Account Export, Seat Usage, and Token Usage pages now match the Usage Report ranges. Previously, the Export, Seat Usage, and Token Usage pages displayed data from fully-completed months. For example, selecting “last 3 months” on September 28 would previously deliver data from June 1 – Aug.31. Now, it will deliver data from July 28 – Sept. 28.
Usage Export custom date picker:
On the All Account Export page, admins can choose a custom date range. With this improvement, the option to export data from all dates will be removed.
Save column preferences:
When showing or hiding columns in the Usage Report, they now save between sessions, allowing admins to easily review the same data points.
Information in the usage report also includes:
- Total number of subscriptions for your teams
- Seat counts, seat assignments, and assigned date
- Usage patterns, including days used, monthly average use, and last accessed date
- Flex tokens used, remaining balance, number of Flex users, and monthly average of tokens used
- Groups associated with each product user
- Assigned and unassigned subscription users
- Active and inactive subscription users
