In order for your software to work properly and also be able to access it, you should make sure that the latest updates are installed for your software and licensing.
Simple filtering allows you to find things easily in the account and the App lets you know what you need to install based on your installed products.
You can do this from your Autodesk account @ https://manage.autodesk.com/ and from your Autodesk Desktop App.
