Starting in May of this year, it will be required for all users of Autodesk Docs to update their version of the Autodesk Desktop Connector to maintain access to Docs.  This includes all users of BIM 360 Design Collaboration Pro and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Autodesk made the announcement via email stating that Desktop Connector versions released between May 1, 2019 and December 8, 2021 will no longer be supported.

Users who have not yet made the update will see a pop-up message encouraging them to update by a specific date. Oldest versions will be required to upgrade by May 2022, with the remainder between June and September 2022). If a user does not upgrade to the latest version before the required date, Desktop Connector will not connect to Docs (but the user can still access Docs through the web browser)
