All New Bluebeam Support Site!

Recently, Bluebeam updated and redesigned the Bluebeam Support Site! Let’s take a quick tour of the main page and see what’s available on this new version of the site!

First, you’ll want to head to https://support.bluebeam.com/ in your web browser.

Once you’re landed on the webpage, you’ll be greeted with an all-new appearance and layout:

It is immediately noticeable how clean and streamlined the page is.

Next, notice the handy search bar which allows you to search the Bluebeam help article database to find specific information:

As you can see, they even have some common searches already populated for you.

If you look along the top, you’ll see several options including:

  • Onboarding: This tells you how to get started with your new Bluebeam Revu 21 license.
  • Release Notes: This provides all the enhancements and fixes for each version update for Revu 21.
  • Submit Ticket: This allows you to contact Bluebeam Support. (Although, as your reseller, I should be your first point of contact and I can likely help you a little faster too).

You’ll also see a dropdown menu for Solutions:

Here, you’ll find detailed how-to articles for things such as Bluebeam Cloud & Bluebeam Studio.

Next is the Onboarding & Troubleshooting section:

This is comprised of a series of articles to help you get the most of Revu and to help you if you get into a trouble spot.

Continuing down the page, you’ll see a curated selection of Featured Support Articles.

These are commonly-searched for topics, and they are presented in this manner to help save you time.

Lastly, is the Resources & Contact section:

This area has links to Bluebeam University and the Bluebeam Community, both are amazing ways to learn more about Revu and how to best utilize it within your workflows. Additionally, there’s a link to contact Bluebeam Support directly should you ever need to. (Again, if Seiler is your reseller, it’s best to just reach out to me as I am a Bluebeam Certified Professional as well as a Bluebeam Certified Instructor.

There’s plenty to see and do on this page so, I highly suggest heading over there as soon as you can in order to take full advantage of this new Bluebeam Support Site. Also, in case you missed it, take a look at my post detailing all of the recent changes added with the new Revu 21.3 update!
