Updates to manage.autodesk.com

A series of enhancements to the Usage Report in your Autodesk account will help admins save time and improve efficiency when searching for and managing their users.

What’s new:

  • View user email addresses: Quickly identify whether a user is internal/external based on their email domain or differentiate users with similar names. Email addresses are now displayed directly below a user’s name in the Usage Report.
  • Search by name or email address: Easily search for a user under Filter > Users by typing their name or email address.

Clicking the Filter button drops this menu down:

  • Link directly to User Management or Seat Usage/Token Usage: Accomplish tasks in fewer clicks with links from a user’s details in Usage Report directly to User Management or Seat Usage/Token Usage.

Coming Soon: Improved UI for Managing Support Cases

Beginning November 13, customers will see a new and improved experience when managing support cases in their Autodesk account. The new experience is part of a larger initiative to move the Support Cases page from Salesforce to manage.autodesk.com/support-cases, with additional features to come.
