Bluebeam Cloud Update

On October 14th, Bluebeam Cloud received an update which expands its capability to connect with Bluebeam Studio Projects.

Now, access to Bluebeam Studio Projects has been expanded, making it possible to work within Studio Projects from any desktop, laptop, or workstation.

No longer being tied to a desktop with Revu 21 means collaboration can occur much faster and easier!

New Bluebeam Cloud enhancements with Studio Projects include:

  • Edit Markups
  • Change Status of Markups
  • View and Add Comments
  • Hyperlinking within Files

You can also now view previous versions of files!

Simply log into app.bluebeam.com from your web browser to access Bluebeam Cloud as well as any Studio Sessions or Projects you are hosting or have been invited to join.

You’ll log in using the same credentials used for logging into Revu 21.

But wait, there’s more!

It is also now possible to import documents into a Studio Project via any common DMS system, including:

  • SharePoint
  • Google Drive
  • DropBox

The Bluebeam Cloud update also includes new editing capabilities:

  • Use Snapshot to add images
  • Copy and Paste Markups
  • Add a Polylength Measurement

All of this directly from your web browser!

Studio Sessions on mobile will soon include offline editing capability; meaning you can edit while not connected to the web. Any changes will automatically sync once the device has reconnected to the internet.

Other mobile enhancements include:

  • View Attendees
  • Add Comments to Markups
  • Set Status for Markups

It is now also possible to join a Studio Session via a URL directly from a mobile device!
