Scheduled Maintenance Notice:
Autodesk will perform scheduled maintenance on November 19, 2023 starting at 7:00 AM UTC (2:00 AM ETC) to optimize database performance on both the North American and European data centers. During this time, the following ACC and BIM 360 products/services will be unavailable and users are expected to see page loading errors from 7:00 AM UTC until 9:00 AM UTC:

The following products/services will be partially impacted from 7:00 AM UTC until 9:00 AM UTC, November 19:

- Unable to create/update projects, roles, and export members
- BIM 360 Account Administration
- Unable to create/update projects, users, companies, and roles
- Autodesk Build
- Unable to access Cost, Insight, Sheets, Files, and Reports. Users are expected to see page loading errors. Data will be available in offline mode on the mobile app
- Unable to run reports on or export Issues, Forms, Photos, RFIs, Submittals, Meetings, Schedule, Assets, Project members, and As-built export
- Unable to invite users or specify product access
- Autodesk BIM Collaborate
- Unable to access Docs, Insight, and Reports. Users are expected to see page loading errors
- Unable to run reports on or export in Issues, Meetings, and Project member export
- Unable to invite users or specify product access
- Autodesk Takeoff
- Unable to interact with Files and publish sheets
- Unable to invite users or specify product access
- Autodesk Construction Cloud Data Connector
- Data extraction requests will be paused and will be placed in a queue. Services will resume and all requests in the queue will be processed after the maintenance window.

The following ACC and BIM 360 products/services will be partially impacted from 7:00 AM, November 19th until 12:30 AM UTC, November 20th:
- Assets management will be in read-only mode. Asset data will be available to view, but updating existing data or creating new data will be disabled.
